How do you get out of being stuck?

Endlessly thinking about what could be better or different.

Really wanting something—a new job, relationship, or move  away, for example—and then losing motivation to do anything  about it.

Identifying something that looks exciting and then talking  yourself out of taking a step that would get you closer to it.

Indecision, worry, and over-thinking that robs you of being  present and enjoying life as it is.

Feeling fear about the future, get stuck with depression and  lack of energy and zero motivation

“I don’t know what to do.” “I’m in a rut.” “I feel stuck.” Is this  something you’re feeling right now? You are certainly not alone  , this is a very common problem.

Why do we get stuck?

There are many reasons feeling stuck in your life can happen.

Change creates fear in many people and for many it is easier to  stay with what you know than what you don’t know.. Loss of  confidence, self belief and loss of motivation and energy . No  movement means no change and feeling stuck does not  change.

Feeling out of your comfort zone is not comfortable to start with.  What can stop you is fear of failure, even fear of success. Changing your beliefs and your mindset is key along with  determination. Finding a goal, a passion a purpose can help  you find your

Feeling stuck can happen at many different stages of life: early  in careers, at mid-life, after death of a loved one, a divorce or  during a pandemic. Feeling stuck could be a sign that it’s time to make a change.

We Human Beings do not like change. However, change can  create new perspectives, new hopes and new possibilities and  give you a completely new outlook to your life.

If you feel stuck, this could be a sign that something isn’t  working for you anymore. This could involve being dissatisfied  in your career, your relationships, your social circle, family  situations or just wanting a complete change.

Taking the tiniest steps is a step  in the right direction.

Small steps lead to bigger steps where new doors can open  and new ideas come to surface. Just taking your first step is the  start and creates movement and energy. Nothing fulfilling and  worthwhile and lasting happens in a day

You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.

The thing with feeling stuck is that sometimes you don’t know  what you need to get unstuck or what you want from life in  general. But this “numbness” and “emptiness” that you’re  feeling (temporarily!) should not stop you from making a  change.

Even if you don’t see the end result and don’t know where it is  exactly that you’re going, it is crucial to just start moving. Try  new things, meet new people, buy new clothes – anything that  can help you figure out what it is that you want and how to get  it.

New beginnings can feel like endings.

Now, you may not actually see the opportunities that are  coming your way. Those endings that make you sad and  disappointed should be seen as new beginning. This is a new  chapter in your life, your chance to change your life.

Amazing and Magical things happen when you clear your  life of all the negativity.

Are you listening and allowing yourself to be influenced by  others? Believe in yourself , it’s YOUR life…..
